Shea has served as CEO for Trade Pro Electric since 2013. She is responsible for defining the strategic vision & culture of the organization, developing business opportunities, & maintaining company goals. She also oversees the Company's accounting, financial reporting, treasury, & general finance activities.  She holds a Bachelors of Science in Management & Master of Science degree in Psychology.

Robert has over 30 years of construction management & estimating experience. His responsibilities include initial review of all construction bid documents to determine suitability for Trade Pro Electric involvement & analysis of potential constructability issues. Robert has produced projects for Disney, Universal, The Veterans Administration, US Army Corps of Engineers, Navy, & many more.

MATTHEW NEWLAND

Project Manager

With 20+ years in the electrical industry and 10+ in project management, Matt is the key point of contact for on-site operations. He excels in personnel management, field operations, & customer relationships. Matt is responsible for major project related technical, cost, & scheduling decisions.

JOE LANDRUM

Director of Projects

Joe has over 35 years of construction industry experience.  He has been involved in every aspect from marketing and probability research to design, estimating, material purchasing, project management and complete construction for multifamily residential and multi-story hotels, industrial, commercial, institutional, and military projects. Primary responsibilities include preparing estimates and proposals, reviewing contract terms, negotiating scope change and modifications, managing subcontracts with professional service firms, design development, and construction documents.

BARBI BOUCH

Office Manager & Project Liaison

Barbi is the major Construction Team to Project Support Team liaison. Prior Production Planner & Master Scheduler experience enables Barbi to execute our strategies that achieve best utilization of our resources.

Her responsibilities include analysis of timing & schedule constraints to assure proper Trade Pro Electric attention to project. Barbi addresses material lead time issues in relation to project time limitations & deadlines, implements site utilization plans, & establishes crew sizes.

BRANDON MOORE

Commercial Lead

Brandon is a journeyman electrician with commercial and residential experience.  He primary focus on-site is quality work, customer satisfaction, and safety.  These attributes makes Brandon ideally suited as a Trade Pro Electric Project Lead. In this capacity, he oversees every on-site aspect of his projects from start to finish. His duties include meeting performance requirements, keeping the project on schedule and on-budget, and serving as a primary link to our Project Mangers.

LUKE GILBERT

Service Manager

Luke is our field Service Manager.  He ensures quality and timely completion of field service projects.  With exemplary electrical technical knowledge, leadership demonstrated daily with personnel and clients, and service oversight from start to finish- Luke encompasses the values of Trade Pro Electric.
